I have been using Modern Postcard for about 30 years. And they have always been great. A few years ago I started using the art department and they were and are wonderful. The problem I had this year is converting that final artwork to a JPG so I could have a single photo printed for my wall, as I do every year. This most recent job cost me $200 additional dollars just to convert the file to a JPG for photo printing. That's a total crock! I know what's involved in that and it's not $200 with of work. I complained to my sales rep. because this is the first year they have charged me for that and he said, "well at least we won't charge you for the last few years we forgot to charge you." What an ass. I'm really going to think twice about using MP until they get their pricing figured out. My job went from a $356.89 job to a $556.89 Job. You went from reasonable to unreasonable.
