Do not order anything from this company, they are a total scam. I purchased a set of 4 barstools back in June. I was then informed by customer service that they are on back order around 4 months. I asked why their website says in stock and ready to ship and they said it was an error. I decided to wait and they charged my CC. 3 months go by and I don't hear anything and I look on their website and it still says in stock, ready to ship so I contact cs again and ask when they are sending my order. I don't get a response back but a few days later I get a UPS shipment notice. After a week it still said only label created. About 10 days later I get notification of delivery. Luckily I was home when it got delivered. The UPS driver had to put it on a dolly as the box was completely crushed, falling apart and the barstools hanging out of the box. All Modholic did was throw 4 disassembled barstools in a huge box with absolutely no insulation, Styrofoam, cardboard, bubble wrap, or anything to fill the box. Upon inspection since then box was broken open at all seams, I saw that the barstools were scraped and had black marks on them. I immediately refused the shipment. I sent an email to cs right away explaining the situation and they never responded back to me. I called numerous times and no one ever answered the phone to cs and it doesn't allow you to leave a message. I sent a couple more emails demanding my money back and finally heard back a couple weeks later that they had no record of shipment or refusal of shipment and asked me to verify the date which I did. That was over a week ago and I still haven't heard back from them. I finally contacted my bank. Spend the extra money and purchase from a reputable company.
