charged the 0.59 pence, which I thought fine, then couldn't convert the audio file, so I looked at how to contact them and it was so unhelpful, I cancelled on the website around 1 hr after the transaction, took a screen shot, but reading through these other reviews, I have simply canceled my credit card and order new credit cards.
