Absolutely wild that a hosting platform doesn't have 24/7 support available. Unfortunately this company has gotten my money since May of last year, and the server I PAY FOR has been down since December. I would strongly recommend you to take your money and business to Bisect. They have someone present at all times to support your issues, unlike this "company"
