Receiving the sample was fine.However we then went on to install the flooring and the floor fitter said he would never work with this product again. He didn't think it was cut well and had to use the joint filler to fill in all the gaps. He also had trouble getting the tiles to glue down. We have used the same fitter before for Karndean tiles and there was no such trouble.
