Purchased three watches. Two of them function well and look nice. The third watch, was defective. The crown was loose and will not wind the watch nor allow you to change the time and date. I contacted their customer line and received a reply. They replied with telling me to take the watch for local service at my local jeweler. A defective watch straight from their manufacturing site, and zero willingness to stand by the quality of their operations. I would highly recommend not purchasing from them again, and if you do decide to order be aware that you may receive a defective watch with zero warranty assurance.
