The watch took a long time to arrive. They sent me an email with a tracking number but I was not able to track it. Complicated instructions that required signing into an app, I did not feel like giving this unknown app my information. The watch came in a small black zipped plastic thing with no information, instructions, warranty, nothing. Nothing stating who shipped the watch, Mods name is nowhere. No receipt. The watch looks good but I have doubts that has any Seiko parts. I hope it works good. I have no way to contact them and no proof of purchase. There are no markings in the back of the watch. Buy a watch from other Companies, not this one.
