Complete scam. Stay away. They promote a discount but only show one purchase option. They automatically enroll you in a subscription and an additional “challenge” that incurs extra costs. I still don't understand what the challenge entails, aside from it being a method for them to profit more. It shows up in your email immediately after purchase, before you even receive the product. When requesting a return and refund, they offer a gift certificate for future purchases and claim it’s the best value. Plus, there's no need to return the product. This is total manipulation. A gift certificate from the source of the problem is a complete joke. They state in the email that you can ask for a return and refund at your own cost, and if they deem the product isn't in a specific condition, they won't issue a refund. Since you don’t return the product for a gift certificate and returning for a potential refund is on you, this essentially means the product is worthless. Moreover, when you follow up for a refund, they simply ignore you. This entire operation is an international scam. Keep your distance. I suspect many of the positive reviews for this service and product are fake.
