Sold Defective Product & Zero Support — Unsafe Geyser from Longway via MoglixI purchased a Longway 15L geyser from Moglix in Dec 2024, and the product started leaking within the first week. Their technician gave a temporary fix, but the issue returned in 1.5 months — and then it caused an electric shock.Despite multiple follow-ups, both Longway and Moglix delayed responses, failed to resolve the issue, and now claim “hard water” voids warranty. This is unacceptable — safety-related issues like electrical shocks cannot be brushed off like this.The product is clearly faulty, but Moglix has washed their hands off it. Their platform should be accountable for what they sell, especially for unsafe home appliances. No refund, no replacement, no compensation — just silence or deflection.Extremely disappointed. Not safe, not reliable.
