Worst platform ever never ever order from Moglix. I order and paid online coz there was no COD option. I waiting for my order and when i try to track they keep saying its in transit. Same message they keep saying in transit for more then a week. I tries to cancel and ask for redund they keep saying they cant refund until they get their product back whicb still shows in transit. Its theirs and logistics issue which they have to deal with. If they cant deliver on time then they shouldnt accept the order or change the logistics which can delivee on time. They are cheaters fooling around with customers money and cant keep their promises. Never shop from this platform. Moglix sucks
