After six weeks, my order is still not shipped despite assurances to resolve the situation. I was prepared for the three-week wait mentioned on the site, but now it's taken twice as long. The item arrived at the warehouse 11 days ago, but nothing has progressed since. It's disappointing when promises aren't fulfilled... On a positive note, the customer service is very polite.
