I ordered some chairs that were supposed to be available in 3-4 weeks. I left for vacation and received notice that the chairs had been shipped. Customer service failed to inform me that they would arrive earlier. After complaining, I learned that the chairs would be delivered to a UPS access point, where I could pick them up after my vacation. I explained multiple times that I have no car and cannot carry four dining chairs, but the representative insisted I could try. I had to explain that they needed to contact UPS to rearrange delivery, but she simply stated that the chairs would be returned and we'd deal with it later. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Responses take several days and offer no solutions.
