We purchased from their online store. ZERO STARS if i could. MOHD has the WORST after-sales service I have experienced to date. All good when you're purchasing and have no issues with your purchases. The moment you have one, they become unresponsive despite several follow-ups. This is NOT what you would expect from a seller of authentic products. It reflects poorly on the brands they represent. There's a reason why they don't allow reviews on their own website.We purchased a Louis Poulsen ph5 lamp from them thinking MOHD is a reliable distributor. When there were defects with the lamp, we reached out and they claimed there is NO WARRANTY after we cut the wires during installation (which we found out to be false). Waited a week with no response. They only replied us once, after we pressured Louis Poulsen to take action. It has been a week since we sent them all the details they requested, and we are waiting for them to honor their word. They have once again ghosted us it seems. We are trying to get Louis Poulsen international to help again. It is the most regrettable purchase decision for our house.
