Ordered the same articles as many times before, received one wrong article (3 pcs). When I called, I got a very arogant reply from the person on the other side (Mr Tomaž), in a sense that I ordered the wrong article (which I didn't). When they discovered that they made a mistake, they promised to send me the correct article, and I promised to return the wrong ones; after a few days I received an email from them that they will send the correct articles only when I return the wrong ones (reason: they have bad experience with other clients - ??). When I returned the article, they sent me the correct one, but not 3 pieces, but only 2. I'll never order there again - it's not worth a bit lower price to have such a bad customer experience.
