I am mostly happy with the products, but I had issues with one item I ordered and tried to contact the support team. I sent three emails without any response, which forced me to return the item at my own cost. Even when I indicated the quality issue on the return form, they still charged me for the return shipping fees. I would have liked a follow-up to discuss the matter.
