Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Molly&My.According to DHL, my package was never collected by me and was eventually returned to the sender. However, Molly&My keeps stating that the package was picked up by the correct recipient, which is incorrect. The registered signature is not mine, and DHL has confirmed this.What makes this situation even more frustrating is that no investigation was started by the sender, even though DHL clearly states that only the sender can initiate such an investigation, not the recipient. When I contacted DHL myself, they confirmed that no case had been opened at all.Despite providing multiple attachments, including DHL confirmations, I am still left without a proper solution. I find this handling unprofessional and very disappointing as a customer.I hope future customers will not have to go through the same experience.
