I went on Mollie maids website to ask for a quote only. The next thing I know they have arranged a time and date for a visit. I text back staying I don't want a visit I want a quote as my elderly dad doesn't like people visiting at the best of times so I'm trying to sort a cleaner out gently without some pushy full on company giving some hard sell. They did not respond and sent an email to confirm the visit also to which I said no it's not convenient. No correspondence at all. This is not acceptable if you don't do online quotes then just say don't go in all pushy. FYI most companies are charging around 15-18 an hour which other companies were happy to quote online.
