I purchased a custom dial for my vehicle, but communication was somewhat slow. After accepting their design (after much back and forth), it arrived, but there was a discrepancy from what I approved. When I raised this issue, I was told it matched the photo I provided, but I wanted a unique design, not a direct copy. I suggested returning only the disputed part, but I was told I needed to refund the entire amount for a replacement. I recommend clarifying everything, as acceptance of the rendering does not guarantee you will get what you approved. I have not installed it yet, so I hope it functions well.
