I ordered some semi-perm custom tattoos in November 2021 for Xmas gifts- based on their timeline, I figured I'd get it in time for the holiday. It's now the end of January and I still haven't received my order. In reading some of the other reviews, this seems typical. However, customer service has responded to each of my order inquiries- which differs significantly from the other reviews. I would prefer that they reach out to me preemptively to tell me when there are delays. It's frustrating that I have to email every two weeks only to get a response that the timeline has once again been pushed. I understand that custom jobs sometimes take longer and production delays have impacted many businesses. I think Momentary Ink could have handled this much better, specifically around improving transparency and communication. I am hoping this is a legitimate company and my products will actually be shipped the first week in February as promised.
