Every year, I face an exhausting battle just to get my premium to a reasonable rate. It seems like loyalty is exploited, and despite not claiming, my premium continues to rise. This feels like legalized theft. What was once a safety net has turned into a liability. I feel extorted by a company that offers no real value. I am officially in the process of canceling this policy.
