Worst short term insurance ever when it comes to customer service and care. I reported a claim was told an assess reassess would be calling the Panelbeater to make an appointment they never did. I called Momentum but to no avail they unable to help and assist. momentum makes life very difficult and uneasy. Try not to use this insurer.Just a further update to demonstrate there inability to customer satisfaction, I calls the claims department was told that the assessor already did the assessment and extras are been added another lie as nominee came out to the Panelbeater to complete the assessment, I am waiting for momentum to call me but to no avail
