Claim Number : CP609512MSMomentum gives the worst insurance service I have ever received!As a premium paying client, you would think you have peace of mind when there's an accident, think again! I had an accident on 28th April, which was extremely small, and to date every *********** advisor I have spoken to at Momentum, coupled with their *********** assessment firm, Netassess, has been trying to figure out my damage. Firstly, the incident was on the left side, however, every time I speak to Momentum they as well as their assessment firm, who has physically assessed my vehicle, talk about right hand side damage! Secondly, my damage is in line with how the incident occurred, but they advise I am claiming for old damage, how can they even say this when they themselves do not know which side they assessed? Further to the utter incompetence of Momentum and their service provider, whenever I call, they are always "going to call me back", which never materializes.I have lost patience and worry what their service would be if one has a major accident?
