Signed up because previous provider put rates up by 25%. After 2 months with them, they reduced solar feed-in tariff by over 25%. Less than a month later I received another email telling me my usage charges are going up 44%. I can only surmise that the "starter rate" they put you on is only to get you to be a customer and then after a month or two try and gouge you with increased prices in the hope you are too apathetic to change providers. I find this behaviour disgraceful. Will never go back to them. Beware of introductory offers that don't last!
