I placed my order 20 days ago and received a confirmation about my payment with PayPal. After not having any change of the status of the order and no tracking number, two weeks later I have sent them an email, asking what is going on with my order. This email remained unanswered. Now I sent them another email to express my frustration with their poor customer service. This time I received an answer - that a system error has occurred, my order has been cancelled, that I should wait 10 days to receive my money back, that my account will be closed and I must place a new order. I have no nerve and patience left to deal with this website any longer!!!
