Most horrible experience. Shipment was picked up in Belgium April 9. MR's website shows shipment arrived in Lux April 14 6:00AM. Today is April 15, package is not yet delivered to the collection point and will be delivered only on April 17. How is it even possible that in a small place like Luxembourg a delivery from a logistics hub to a collection point can take 4 days??
