Mondial Relay has dropped my order at the parcel locker point at the Carrefour Woluwé Shopping Center but impossible to get it. The QR code doesn't work and apparently it's been going on for a while. So, I will contact the sender and tell them not to use Mondial Relay anymore as we cannot get our orders. They will have to resend it to me with another carrier.
