The website was easy to use and the delivery time for my daughter's prom dress was as expected. Customer service replied when I needed help and provided me with a tracking number when I wanted to track the dress. The dress looks lovely however the material of the one we ordered isn't completely robust and the wire on the decorative embellishment is poking through the stitching in quite a few places. My daughter is very excited to wear the dress to prom and she looks beautiful in it!
