I had a small account and about one month after opening my account a senior financial account manager sent me info on an upcoming IPO but I needed $20k to $30k. I told him I didn't have that to invest. He got nasty with me and I told him I wanted to close the account and withdraw my money. I spoke to him on the phone before they blocked my number and he told me that if I report them THINGS WOULDN'T END WELL FOR ME. (I have the text messages saved) So far, they have drained all my money out of my account, actually my account doesn't exist anymore. These guys are not to be trusted. A supposedly senior account called me and said he could help me straighten it out if I removed a post from the first time I posted here. He told me the account manager taking care of my account stole my money was using it to trade on another platform without my knowledge and left the country. This is just another delay tactic. He was supposed to reach out to me after I spoke to him the first time and has since disappeared, no contact at all. I have filed new claims against three individuals from Monexis with the FBI Internet fraud Unit, the SEC, the FTC and the State Attorney Generals Office in Albany New York. If you have any money on their platform, get it out of there before they get shut down. Update: Monexis has changed their office location from Albany NY to NYC since this started. Curious about the move, coincidence? Or trying to stay one step ahead?
