Dishonest RISKY cash isa not like other bank's ISAs!My spouse took out a cash ISA based on their advertising their product just as if it were any other ISA out there but with an interest rate slightly above the norm. They advertise x interest rate but do not state anywhere that this advertised interest rate is not guaranteed and can vary as the cash is in risky money market funds. To quote them when we explictly queried this: "that means it can technically fluctuate, and some days you may earn no interest." That is shocking. We will be complaining to the financial ombudsman about their false advertising.
