Our experience with John was very different from our experience with our previous broker. John was very helpful, readily available and more importantly, honest. John gave us a few options that best suited our financial situation and was on hand to walk us through the process. He answered every question we had patiently and gave us regular updates. He made the process very easy even though we were interstate. Our only regret is not going to John earlier!
