I have been involved in non-profit and volunteer organizations for over 30 years and have used many types of software to track accounting, MoneyMinder has by far been the best and most user friendly that I have experienced. I like that I can give others access (with different limitations) , how easy it is to set up a budget, the ease of tracking income and expenses and the number of reports that can be generated. Creating a Treasurer's Report for meetings is a snap and also easy to create a PDF to send out to board members. I also like the ease of filing taxes with their Tax Forms feature. My group also uses Store for events that we hold. We have the ability to set up stores to sell registrations and merchandise and can link these to our banking. We also use Bank Integration to allow us to import transactions from our bank, this makes reconciling our account so much easier! Another great feature is LiveChat when I need help and the Help Center with FAQ help sheets is great. I highly recommend MoneyMinder!
