The app works well until you face an issue or need to reach out to customer support. I've been using it for six months and have changed numerous numbers. However, when I lost access to a number with a balance, I couldn't transfer or withdraw it because they stated no exceptions could be made. I'm unsure what exceptions they are referencing. Their responses are also quite harsh and unprofessional.
