After wasting 6 weeks with the Citizen’s advice bureau. I was advised to use Money Wellness by the charity Stepchange to apply for my DRO. I applied directly with money Wellness as I was confident I had all the paperwork I needed, but you can get Stepchange to do the application for you.They were exceptional.
