It's surprising that you can respond to these comments here but not to emails. I can't believe you're threatening to remove my review. The service is a total waste of time. I spent a long time crafting an email, and every time I try to send it, I get a message saying your inbox is full. Please start addressing emails; it's not right to expect people to communicate only through letters. I could write positive reviews too, but you don't deserve them. If you take my review down, I will just keep reposting it.
