I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my withdrawals. My account is fully verified, yet one withdrawal was cancelled without any explanation.I have contacted customer support more than 10 times by email and have not received a single response.This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I am posting this review to finally receive a clear response and resolution.Once the casino responds and my withdrawals are processed correctly, I will update this review and my star rating accordingly.Finally get an email that winnings will be send to me, hope it does
