I wouldn’t recommend buying these shoes. The overall craftsmanship is very disappointing — the stitching feels weak and uneven, and the way the shoes are finished makes them look cheap. The material they’ve used isn’t at all comfortable; it feels stiff, low quality, and doesn’t give the impression that it will last long with regular wear. For the price, the quality and durability are simply not worth it.On top of that, my experience with their customer service was equally frustrating. When I tried to exchange the shoes, they refused, giving excuses about the missing tag. Their policy seems very rigid, and instead of offering a helpful solution, they just kept repeating that without the tag, there’s nothing they can do. For a product that already fell short on quality, this kind of attitude makes the experience even worse.
