Excellent product and customer service. The luggage I ordered showed availability for shipping in 2-3 weeks on the website but it ended up taking over 10 weeks to arrive. I was in contact with their customer service a few times. They were very responsive and did everything in their power to get things moving for me. I purchased the expandable check in medium and the quality is amazing. I just ordered the matching carry on so if you’re questioning buying the set, do it!
