What a great product and customer service. I ordered my carry-on in April of 2021 and have flown 100s of flights and this bag goes everywhere with me. I just recently experienced an issue with my handle and Monos was so quick to respond and are mailing me a new handle to fix my bag. I’m had that other brand luggage that begins with a T and I will say I’m now a Monos fan for life. My wife and daughter have recently started to fly more visting colleges and this was the 1st brand I went to order from. Monos for life. I can easily pack 5 business days worth of clothes in my carry-on.
