I requested withdrawals of $345 and $950 to my e-wallet. The casino promised I would receive my withdrawal in a maximum of 3 business days, but after that time, both were canceled without notice and credited back to my account. Customer support told me to wait another 3 days, but nothing came. Now they say to request again and wait another 3 days due to technical issues. This isn’t the first time. I don’t receive my money in 3 days.
