Like last year, I ordered a seasonal bouquet. The website clearly states that the bouquet will differ from the picture, but I received a smaller arrangement with only two flower types (purple and white) plus some green leaves. I tried to reach out via the website chat, but after an initial response, no one replied to my messages. After a wonderful experience last year, this year's disappointment is significant, especially given the 55 euros I spent. I appreciate their mission, but the website should clarify what to expect from seasonal flowers for the price paid.
