From editing to formatting to printing, the entire process was tedious. 3 people quit during the process and didn't turn the project over to the next person extending the time it took. Communication was abysmal. No direct telephone numbers. No one answers the contact number. All calls get routed to the voice mail of Amir Shakiel and are seldom returned. Bottom line, over a year later and the project was never completed. Had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges.Note to Trustpilot:They advertise a 5 star Trustpilot rating which is inflated from the one you publish. It undermines your credibility when companies erroneously inflate your rating of them.
