I ordered a 1:10 Rally Short Course Truck. After placing the order, it was shipped the next day, and the car arrived promptly. It exceeded my expectations. They provided an information sheet with detailed instructions about the batteries and setup. Very nice! After a few days, we had an issue with the charger. I contacted the support team and received a quick response. After sending a short video and some pictures of the issue, they immediately sent a replacement charger! No lengthy discussions. This is how all online companies should handle their customers :) I would definitely order again in the future. Just a minor note about the website: many categories have no products listed...
