Nov. 24, we received an email that our package was "on the way". Nov. 27 we tried tracking the package and found that the carrier Monsterry chose was DHL. DHL had a message that they use Canada Post and since Canada Post was on strike (since Nov. 15) our package will not be delivered until the strike is over. We emailed Monsterry to voice our frustration (Shipping SHOULD have used a carrier that would not have been affected by the strike). We got a message that a person would respond to our email within 24 hrs. That still has not happened, but now, 5 days later, we are being asked how we liked the product. WE NEVER RECEIVED IT!!!
