It took until weeks later to get a dispatch notice, indicating only one item shipped. When I inquired, they failed to clarify and insisted the order had been dispatched. When it finally arrived, it contained only one item. I requested a refund for the others, but they claimed they couldn't process it. Instead, they offered a discount code or alternatives. The alternative item I chose never arrived! I repeatedly expressed I didn't want anything else, but they continued to apologize without returning my money. Avoid them entirely. They’ll take your money and leave you dissatisfied!
