Poor experience.Purchased items that appeared good quality at a great ‘closing sale’ despite the company still going a month later. Had no idea that it was going to take ages for the products to arrive, until when trying to arrange a return finding out the warehouse is in China. These items are poor quality and not even close to how they look online. I’m trying to arrange a return but I have to pay for this at a cost of €30. The other option offered was a 5% refund. Complete scam.
