Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. You spend 5000€ on a watch and you get two mails who look like 30 years ago mails, as the site. After 4 weeks of waiting (the delay annonced was 2-4weeks) without any communication i sent a mail and they just answer that omega take more time to produce the watch (it’s a limited edition to celebrate the 75th year of seamaster) while it’s in stock on the omega website. The order isn’t appearing on my account anymore. To apologize they propose me 75€ (1,5% of the order) and a « free gift «  (like a gift could be not free) but they aren’t able to say what is it, because it’s probably super lame like their 75€. So as a result i’m opening a paypal dispute (they tried to tell me to not do it, pretending it would make the refund longer, while nothing avoid them to refund). They aren’t answering since then, i just received an old fashion style mail telling my order is canceled, but no refund on my paypal account). It’s a nightmare of an exeperience, you pay 5000€ and you wait forever, and when they answer they blame everyone but them (Omega, the spanish dealer they are using). Plus they use a bad tone answering, saying their free gift isn’t a bag of candies because i was making fun of their free gift saying i don’t need a bag of Haribo. It isn’t a bag of candies but they seem ashamed to say xhat it is. They should be ashamed about everything, from their old website full of bugs or the lack of communication, except when they blame everyone companies they are working with, while they are not responsable of an order who disapear from the account for example). Shop somewhere else, it will be faster and it would be more trustable
