My watch was dispatched very quickly and I had it in a couple of days. Unfortunately I had minor problem with the watch through no fault of Montredo. The guys there had my watch collected from me and returned free of charge and a replacement was sent immediately. It was a very professional experience and there was lots of communication and updates through every step of the whole purchasing experience.
