I ordered a watch from Montredo and was very impressed by the customer experience. Their prices are great and they are very transparent throughout the process. When it turned out that there was a delay with stocking the model I wanted, Christhard, the customer service representative communicated promptly to see if I would still like to proceed with my order. The watch was a gift to myself, so I was willing to wait. Throughout the process, Christhard was prompt with communication and followed through quickly when I had questions. My watch was delivered approximately 5 weeks after I ordered. It took a little over 4 weeks to get it in stock and then approximately 4 days for delivery (Germany to US). Be aware that if your watch isn't in stock, it may take a while to get to you, but the price and customer experience are very much worth the wait! I would definitely recommend Montredo to friends.
