Horrible customer service. No one can tell me where my truck is. They called me on 2-6-2026 to tell me they will be handling delivering my truck. I called today 2-16-2026 to follow up and they said we will call you right back. Never heard back from them. I confirmed the truck was picked up by them. I tried their chat with an agent and he gives me some crap that he can’t verify who I am and ends the chat. Great customer service. At this point I guess I need to file a police report on the missing truck.
This is second time I used them for transport in 12 months and both times what a joke they lie and make up stories. My best assumption is they use in network shippers that are cheap and fly by wire operations. They have cost me hundreds in storage fees. Been in the business of vehicle 20 plus years and can tell you much better Brokers out there . Stay away
My transport process was seamless. The service was very helpful up until the contract stage, but I didn't receive answers to my questions afterward. While I understand that securing a transporter can be a matter of luck, it was completed swiftly. The transporter was outstanding; I contacted him directly, and he addressed all my queries. He delivered on time as promised. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely consider using this service again.
The service claims to provide full coordination and support, but once a carrier was assigned, I was informed that their role was finished. After experiencing missed deadlines and a lack of communication, I had to reach out to the carrier directly to get updates. I gave the service several opportunities to resolve the situation, but each time, my requests were rejected. If problems arise, don’t count on the service to step in — you'll be left to sort it out yourself.
The pickup time in Atlanta was difficult to ascertain and was adjusted multiple times throughout the day/night. However, the transport across the country was seamless, and the drop-off was precisely on time. The driver unloaded the vehicle from the truck and met me at the drop-off point, after which I returned him to the truck. It's worth noting that the roads near the drop-off area are narrow, and street parking is prevalent.
I contracted a service for transporting my vehicle, and from the start, there were issues with communication. The assigned driver picked up the vehicle and then disappeared. After two days, I was given the runaround by the service, who claimed they would investigate. Days later, I was extorted for a significant amount of money. They attributed the situation to a supposed hack, but I believe they should take responsibility. I will never use this service again.
