I purchased 3 lamps from this website. One arrived (after waiting about 6 weeks for the items to arrive from China) with a broken lampshade, and another arrived missing a piece. Customer service has been responsive, but will not provide expedited shipping for the replacement pieces, forcing me to wait months to have functional lamps. My last complaint - the packaging is absolutely awful. The cheapest Styrofoam that disintegrates all over your house and takes an eternity to clean up.
